STATE SEAL:

Centered by a five-pointed star bearing a three-figured symbol of the Frontiersman, the Indian, and Justice," the state motto and other symbols, all surrounded by 45 smaller stars.
STATE MOTTO: The Latin, "Labor Omnia Vincit," meaning "Labor Conquers All Things."

An Osage warrior's shield in a field of blue with the shield crossed by a piece pipe and olive branch.
